A complete professional off-frame restoration was performed on this beautiful Lyndale Blue Corvette just 2,200 miles ago. After 27 years of ownership, the previous owner felt it was time to renew and he was serious about improving the cars performance, reliability and appearance. A properly installed new GM LS3 engine was the answer, complete with GM wiring, serpentine belt system and updated fuel tank with "in-tank" pump. The new 430 H.P. LS was mated to a Tremec TKO 600 5-speed manual transmission, resulting in a much improved and efficient powertrain. The interior floors were coated with "Lizard Skin" to act as a heat barrier, an issue very common with Corvettes. The previous owner took the time and spent the money to not only restore this car it its original glory, but to improve the very nature of the car itself.
