This 1970 Lemans convertible was restored several years ago under prior ownership, many modifications were incorporated to increase the performance, efficiency and appeal of this beautiful car. The firewall was refined and smoothed along with the inner fenders, all were painted body color and polished to a high gloss. The front bumper was also finished in the matching body color for a custom appearance. Under the hood sits a highly detailed performance built 400CI V8 with twin 4-barrel carburetors and aluminum heads. This impressive 450+ horsepower powerplant is mated to a “Tremec” 5-speed manual transmission with boxed rear control arms and oversized front and rear sway bars making this car right at home on winding city streets or cruising at highway speeds.

Inside the cabin are nicely upholstered bucket seats with center console, tilt steering column with custom steering wheel, updated air conditioning-heating system , power windows, and an in-dash tachometer with an auxilary gauges. Mounted discretely in the glovebox is a “Kenwood” AM-FM CD unit with custom kick panel speakers and trunk mounted “Dual” sub-woofer. The black “Stayfast” cloth convertible top is power operated and includes glass rear window and a color coordinated boot.
